Refund policy
All orders are packaged with lots of LOVE and CARE, so please allow 5–10 days for the arrival of your package, not including processing and transit time.
Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a tracking number and is shipped via USPS. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact your local post office for assistance.
Crystals & Physical Items
- No refunds are offered unless a crystal arrives broken.
- Buyer must provide a photo or proof within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- Depending on the situation and availability, we may offer store credit or a replacement.
- No returns will be accepted. Please be sure to read all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
All digital products are final sale. Because of the nature of instant downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.
Exceptions will only be made if:
- The file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete
- The wrong file was sent by mistake
- If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@purestenergy.org, and we will gladly provide a corrected file at no extra cost.
Please ensure you have the appropriate software or device to open and use digital files before purchasing, as we cannot be responsible for compatibility issues.
